Damages and solatium
Victims of criminal actions generally are eligible for damages and solatium, in the event of an injury can be proved.
This is e.g.
- the lawyer ´s fees (RVG legal charges),
- costs for remedial actions , e.g. changing the telephone number, alarm annunciators, etc.,
- necessary and adequate charges for a private detective,
- solatium (according to the circumstances),
- damages in case of malicious mischief.
