Born in 1975 in Siegen, Germany, and grew up in Olpe and Marburg. After receiving his diploma from German secondary school Siewer studied political science and law in Gießen and Marburg. Former city council member in Marburg (1997-2001) and borough council member in Berlin-Mitte (2006-2021). After first state examination several internships in consultancies. Stay abroad in Tel Aviv (Israel). Legal clerkship at the Country Court Neuruppin, second state exam 2005.
